A pearly white smile – only with veneers

Nobody likes to see badly discoloured teeth, crooked teeth or tooth decay. Veneers, which require just one treatment session, provide a perfect, naturally beautiful row of teeth. Veneers are wafer-thin, almost translucent ceramic shells. Each veneer is permanently glued onto the tooth to cover the visible part of the tooth:

Veneers

Having ceramic veneers fitted provides you with a naturally radiant smile. Patients report greater self-esteem and a keener enjoyment of life when they have beautifully veneered teeth.

Veneers before and after

Ultra-modern 3D volume tomography and CAM technology available at the Dentaprime Clinic, enable application of veneers with the least possible removal of your natural tooth substance. This also means that you need to remove far less enamel for veneers than you do for a crown. As the aim is to retain the original tooth as much as possible, the use of veneers is always preferable to crowns.

The highly intricate process of manufacturing veneers is carried out in our in-house dental laboratory so that it can be completed within a single session.

Veneers provide a much whiter row of teeth than bleaching. During bleaching it is the tooth enamel, i.e. the outer, millimetre-thin layer that is whitened. But the interior of the tooth, the dentine, is yellowish and shines through. The naturally white veneer that is applied on top of the enamel is slightly translucent, but achieves a much brighter appearance for your front teeth.

Veneers are a sensible option for you in all the following cases :
  • if your teeth are badly discoloured and the discolouration cannot be remedied by bleaching (for instance if it is caused by the antibiotic Tetracycline)
  • for minor cases of misalignment and erosion
  • if you are not satisfied with the result that bleaching has achieved and would like even whiter teeth

Cost savings on veneers from Dentaprime:

Facing a single tooth with a veneer can cost up to £ 700 in the UK.

At the Dentaprime Clinic you only pay 300 euros per veneer (around £ 206 at a conversion rate of 1.45). This means that patients could save as much as £ 6000 for 12 veneers.

Veneers can be done in one week. On the first day, the initial consultation takes place, on the second day the teeth are prepared for the veneers. The finished veneers will be placed on the teeth on one of the last days.
